X-TRATEGY (“X-TRATEGY") operates the website www.x-trategy.com and other websites in which a copy of these terms of use appears (cumulatively the “X-TRATEGY Sites") as a service for its customers residing in the United States of America. America, its territories and possessions ("USA"), and in foreign countries or states.
1. User eligibility
The X-TRATEGY Sites are available only to customers who are over 18 years of age and can establish legally binding agreements and, if you do not qualify, do not use the X-TRATEGY Sites. 8. Others
These terms of use shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, as they apply to contracts entered into between Florida residents and those made in Florida. Any action or proceeding arising out of these terms or your use of this site will be subject to binding arbitration according to the rules established by the American Arbitration Association.
If any provision of these terms of use is considered illegal, void or for any reason not required, said provision will be considered separable and will not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions. These terms of use constitute the entire agreement between you and X-TRATEGY in relation to the use of the X-TRATEGY Sites, substituting any other agreement between you and X-TRATEGY with respect to the subject matter of these terms of use.
